Year 3 kicked off their new topic with a medical masterclass this week. They were able to get hands on with real medical equipment to start exploring our body by: taking blood from fake arms; recording an ECG from their heart; seeing their bones and muscles with an ultrasound machine; testing their lungs with a peak flow ;and experiencing different eye diseases with the pathology goggles!
